1 - Is there any COVID-19 related requirement for Sales & Service Conference LATAM 2022?


It will be necessary to present a proof of vaccination (complete vaccination card) or the COVID-19 negative test (and this needs to be done in a maximum of 24 hours beforehand). The costs of the same will be responsibility of the participants.

2 - There will be any Airport Transfer to the Hotel?


It will not be available, however PALFINGER will indicates an official company. More details to be shared soon.

3 - Which expenses will be covered by PALFINGER?


PALFINGER will be responsible for accommodations, meals, transportation between activities and external tours according to the official agenda.

4 - What expenses will be on the Participant’s responsibility?



Participants must pay for their air tickets and airport transfer.

5 - Can I bring a companion?



Yes, however air tickets, accommodation and meal costs will not be the responsibility of PALFINGER.

6 - Can I accommodate a companion in my room?


You can share your hotel room, but the expenses of the people will be on account of the participant.

8 - Will the rooms be single or shared?



Most of them are single rooms, with the exception of participants from the same company which the hotel room can be shared.

9 - Can I stay more days at the hotel after the event?



Yes, but the expenses will be on the participant’s account and the booking and accommodation arrangements must be aligned directly with the hotel.

10 - Who’s paying for the airplane tickets?



The tickets are responsability on the participants.

11 - There will be meals for participants with food restrictions?



Yes, in case of intolerance and/or allergy to any food, the participant must communicate this restriction when filling the pre-confirmation form.

12 - Is PALFINGER going to cover the expenses on the rooms?


No, all items consumed in the room are on participants responsibility.

13 -   There will be translators in the presentations and workshops?


Yes, there will be simultaneous translations in English and Spanish.

14 - Can I perform any external activities not available in the official agenda?



Yes, participants can perform the activities they want outside the schedule of the presentations and workshops, and the costs of these activities are on the account of each participant.

15 - What time can I check in at the hotel?


Check-in starts from 3 pm on 17.10.2022.

16 - What time is the hotel check out?


The check-out must be done by 11:30 am on the event departure.

17 - What documents do I need to present at Hotel Check-in?



To check in you must present an identification document with photo, passport, credit card and those documents according to COVID-19 protocol (check question number 1 in the FAQ).

18 - There will be a General Event Agenda available?


Yes, it will be available at the event landing page and by email close to the event beginning. 

19 - There will be a dress code for each activity?



Yes, PALFINGER will send this information beforehand via email. More details to be shared soon.

20 - What’ the deadline for confirming my participation?



For better organization, PALFINGER asks you to confirm your participation performing your Pre-registration on the link sent by email by May 6th.

21 -  There will some time available for meeting PALFINGER CEO?

Yes, PALFINGER will organize individual meetings, where each participant will have an specific time to talk with the CEO.

22 - Are tours mandatory or optional?


All tours are optional.

23 - There will be someone responsible assisting with translation and providing further event information?


Yes, there will be a PALFINGER receptionist at the hotel, who will assist in case of any questions or further information.

24 - Can I participate only in a part of the event?



Yes, it’s up to the participant to take part partially during the event.

25 -  How can I get my event credentials?


The credentials will be handed over by the PALFINGER team on October 17th.

26 - Will the Event be broadcast online?



No, except in cases of force majeure.

27 -  How many guests are allowed per registration?



One guest per registration.

29 - What’s the deadline for informing arrival and departure flight details?


Please report by September, 15th, 2022

30 - There will be groups division at the event?


Yes, PALFINGER will separate participants by languages and departments (in some moments of the event). For a better organization, there will be responsible guides for each group.
